TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.Rental Agreement

1.1 By entering into a rental agreement with Rentals Car Albania, the customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2.Rental Eligibility

2.1 The renter must meet the minimum age requirement and possess a valid driver’s license.

2.2 Additional drivers must be approved and listed on the rental agreement.

3.Reservation and Rental Duration

3.1 Reservations are subject to vehicle availability.

3.2 The rental period starts and ends at the agreed-upon dates and times.

3.3 Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

4.Rental Rates and Payments

4.1 Rental rates are based on the type of vehicle, duration, and additional services selected.

4.2 Payment must be made in the local currency or as otherwise agreed upon.

4.3 Additional charges may apply for late returns, fuel, cleaning, and other fees.

5.Insurance and Liability

5.1 Rentals Car Albania provides basic insurance coverage.

5.2 Additional insurance options are available for purchase.

5.3 The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the rented vehicle.

6.Security Deposit

6.1 A security deposit is required at the start of the rental period.

6.2 The deposit will be refunded upon the return of the vehicle in the same condition.

7.Vehicle Use

7.1 The rented vehicle is for the exclusive use of the renter and approved additional drivers.

7.2 The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or off-road purposes.

8.Maintenance and Repairs

8.1 Rentals Car Albania ensures the vehicle is well-maintained and roadworthy.

8.2 Renter must report any mechanical issues promptly.

8.3 Repairs requiring approval must be authorized by Rentals Car Albania.

9.Cancellation and Refunds

9.1 Cancellations must be made within the specified time frame for a full or partial refund.

9.2 No-shows and cancellations outside the specified period may incur charges.

10.Governing Law

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Albania.
